A widely publicised landmark case of Rose Taylor v. Jaguar Land Rover Limited concerning gender discrimination. Case No: 1304471/2018. This was the first time a UK employment tribunal found that the protected characteristic of ‘gender reassignment’ includes persons who identify as non-binary and gender fluid.
Interests/Hobbies
Outside of work, Sioban is a keen hockey player and member of Shipston Ladies Hockey Club. When not on the hockey field, she can be found on the sidelines/boundaries of a rugby or cricket pitch supporting her son in his rugby and cricket matches. Sioban also loves to cook and entertain for her friends as well as taking long walks in the country with her two dogs, Monty (black lab) and Paddy (golden retriever).
