Head of Dispute Resolution | Senior Associate Sioban Calcott Joins Our Team
Our esteemed Dispute Resolution Team is excited to introduce Sioban Calcott as our new Head of Dispute Resolution. With over 35 years of experience in the legal industry and extensive knowledge in both legal and commercial matters, Sioban is a force to be reckoned with in her field. She excels in handling high net-worth and complex multi-track commercial contract disputes, acting for both Claimants and Respondents, making her a valuable asset to our successful team.
In her role as Head of Dispute Resolution, Sioban will provide expert advice to clients on various matters including boundary/neighbour disputes, professional negligence claims, leasehold residential property disputes in the FTT/ Upper Tribunal, defamation/malicious falsehood and harassment claims, strict liability claims, partnership/director/shareholder disputes, enforcement of covenants, GDPR/data protection claims/breach of confidentiality claims, possession and injunctive proceedings.
