Whilst we were unsure exactly how long the process would take (I suppose this is always the case) at the outset it did appear to be completed in a fairly quick and timely manner. We tried not to chase Moore and Tibbits re progress but when we did have to get in touch we normally received an answer the next working day. We are happy with the service we received.

My professional contact Sophie Wales introduced me to Priya as I needed commercial property services for an office lease our business is taking on. I had absolutely zero experience in this type of transaction. Priya was prompt in following up my enquiry, and despite having to go immediately on an extended holiday over Christmas, she still ensured that my work was still handled efficiently in her absence. We had a very short timescale to complete the deal by, and quite obviously Priya has prioritised our needs to meet the relevant deadline. The whole task was done in a little over a month, even allowing for the Christmas holiday. Priya was able to explain all the unfamiliar terminology to me clearly and in proportionate detail. I felt very reassured that she had taken the time to check everything carefully on my behalf. I was also completely happy with the fee basis quoted at outset, which remained accurate. Unlike some legal transactions that can appear to be overcharged, I wonder whether Priya actually undercharged for the obvious amount of time and expertise she applied. Of course, that's no complaint! :) All in all, it was an excellent experience and one that reflects extremely well on Sophie's introduction. Thank you Priya.
