From our original instructions last summer when we sold our house in Shipston to finally completing last week on our new build in Cornwall Rachel has been brilliant. We were very apprehensive about moving as we hadn’t done it before but Rachel and the team were very reassuring and answered emails promptly and picked up on things that we would never have considered. Rosie Simms and the team did an amazing job in getting the sale of my late parents' house completed in around 10 weeks in what must have been a very busy period with the 2025 stamp duty changes. I was kept fully informed of the progress and the staff members I met or spoke to were all delightful. The correspondence I received was very detailed, but easy to understand, and pre-empted any questions I had. All this for a very competitive fee and two minutes walk from my front door!
