Sharon is a Legal Assistant in the Community Care team based at our Westgate House office. Working with elderly and vulnerable clients for over 20 years, Sharon has advised many clients in relation to later life planning.  Her main area of work involves helping clients safeguard their health and welfare, and property and finances by way of creating Lasting Powers of Attorney ensuring that her client’s wishes are respected should an accident or ill health prevent them from making a decision in the future.

Sharon is very approachable and definitely a people person.   She strives to go the extra mile to ensure that her clients receive a friendly, bespoke service delivered with respect, patience, sensitivity and compassion.  Many of Sharon's clients come to her from personal recommendations.

In some circumstances, Sharon understands that it is not always possible for people to come into our offices maybe because of an illness and in these situations, she is more than happy to come to your home.

Another part of Sharon's work involves assisting those clients who do not have any family/friend or anyone suitable to act as an attorney for them.  In these situations, Moore & Tibbits provide a professional attorney service and she can support the client in ensuring their wishes are respected by way of a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Sharon is also extremely proud to be a Dementia friend and often attends events to highlight how we can help and provide support to people.
