Rebecca is a Litigation Solicitor, having qualified in October 2025.  She studied History (Ba) at the University of York before completing a Masters in Law at the University of Law in 2022. Rebecca previously worked at a London firm for three years before joining Moore & Tibbits in June 2026.

Rebecca advises businesses and individuals on a broad range of contentious matters including:

•    Boundary/neighbour disputes

•    Property-related disputes 
•    Professional negligence claims.  

Rebecca is involved in all stages of the litigation process from pre-action strategy and settlement negotiations through to court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Known for her practical and proactive approach, Rebecca is committed to delivering clear, commercial focused advice.  Working closely with clients to understand their objectives, Rebecca provides tailored advice, balancing legal risk with practical need whilst achieving the most efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys running, playing tag rugby and baking for family and friends.
