James is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department having completed his Training Contract with Moore & Tibbits and qualifying in 2016.

During his time with Moore & Tibbits, James has gained a wealth of experience in sales, purchases, equity transfers and leases.  James can also advise on Landlord & Tenant issues including the preparation of tenancy agreements, service of notices and eviction of tenants.  James has further experience in other types of commercial property transactions including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of investment and general commercial property
• Leases and licences of all commercial property
• General property advice
• Acquistions of land for development
• Portfolio Management
• Advice on Conditional Contracts and Option Agreements
• Overage Arrangements

James studied his LLB degree at Exeter University before going on to Nottingham Law School to complete his LPC.  After graduating, James joined O'Gorman & Co as a paralegal before joining Moore & Tibbits as a Trainee Solicitor in October 2014.

In his spare time, James is often found on the sports field, whether it be rugby, football or cricket.  If not there, then you'll possibly need a plane and set of skis to find him in the French Alps!
