Sabrina is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department having qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Having previously worked in commercial teams in large corporate law firms over the last 11 years, Sabrina has gained a wealth of experience providing clients with strategic legal advice tailored to their unique needs and concerns.

Sabrina advises clients in all types of commercial property transactions including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of investment and general commercial property
• Leases and licences of all commercial property – drafting leases and dealing with lease renewals
• General property advice
• Acquisitions of land for development
• Portfolio Management
• Advice on Conditional Contracts and Option Agreements

• Landlord and tenant issues
• Covenants and easements

Sabrina’s clients range from private client and small businesses and pension funds to investors and developers.

Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her young children and family, travelling, running, regularly attending the gym, and reading.
