Habiba is an Assistant Solicitor in the Court of Protection Property and Finance team. Habiba completed her LLB (Hons) at the University of Birmingham and qualified as a solicitor in December 2024.
Habiba specialises in supporting vulnerable individuals who lack capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs, ensuring their interests are protected and their assets are responsibly managed.
With a sensitive and practical approach, Habiba assists in a wide range of matters including deputyship applications, statutory wills, gifting applications, and the ongoing management of financial affairs under a deputyship order or lasting power of attorney. She works closely with professional deputies, family members, carers, and local authorities to provide tailored legal solutions that align with the individual’s best interests.
Outside of work Habiba enjoys hiking and travelling anywhere sunny.
